The third world chinese mass spectrometry conference

Fri, 3 Aug 2010

The third world chinese mass spectrometry conference was held in Changchun. The conference was organized by Chinese Mass Spectrometry Society (CMSS) and its organizing committee included members from CMSS, Taiwan Society of Mass Spectrometry (TSMS), Hong Kong Society of Mass Spectrometry (HKSMS) and Chinese American Society for Mass Spectrometry (CASMS). Prof Ruixiang SUN gave a short report about improving identification of phosphopeptides by spectra preprocessing, while prof Yan FU summarized how to mine protein modifications from MS/MS data.
