pFind Studio: a computational solution for mass spectrometry-based proteomics

Latest release: September 1st, 2011

    pFind Studio 2.6.0 including pFind 2.6.0.1, pBuild 2.0.0.4, pLabel 2.4.0.4, pXtract 1.0.0.3 and pScan 1.5.0.8 is available now. This release includes a number of bug fixes and new features as bellow:

            1. Velos instrument supported in pXtract and pFind.
            2. ETD supported in pFind and pLabel.
            3. Batch search is added for pFind.
            4. New graphical user interface of pFind.
            5. pBuild is called automatically by pFind after searching.
            6. Some bugs are fixed.

     Please read carefully the pFind Studio Software License Agreement before downloading and using the software. Please fill in the registered table and email it to pfind@ict.ac.cn to get the registration key.

Notice:

   * If RAW file read required, Thermo Xcalibur 2.0 or later need be installed first.

   * Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition (J2SE) required. You can download it from here.

   * For Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating system, please run the setup program under administrator authority.
